At By-Play, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 8130121029 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item and include the RA number on the package.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Refund:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, and cover the cost of return shipping.
5. Exceptions:
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Returns for items purchased from authorized retailers must be processed through the original point of purchase.
