Eligibility:
You may exchange an item within 7 days of receipt, provided that it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer service email or 8130121029 to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.
- Once you receive your EA number, securely package the item along with the EA number and include any necessary documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
- Please indicate the desired exchange item, including size, color, and any other relevant details.
Exchange Options:
Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. If the exchange item has a different price than the original item, we will either charge or refund the price difference accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or refund, as appropriate, and cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions:
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for items purchased from authorized retailers must be processed through the original point of purchase.
